Installation, operations, hose Vendor recommendations are all incorporated into one solution.   INCITIAS supports our clients throughout the equipment development and beyond installation, with our in-house engineering and project management team and extensive knowledge of oil, chemical and LNG hoses from 4” to 20”. Specialising in oil, LNG and sulphuric acid applications. Focused on minimising risk, logistic cost and lead time, INCITIAS manage the fabrication of the hose reel, at a location convenient to our client. From our workshop facility in Melbourne, our engineers can fabricate and test the complex, high value components of the drive and control system.

Hawser Reel Original Equipment

Our hawser reel solutions are designed with consideration and input from hawser manufacturers’ recommendations, the operational team and the project specifications to enable safe and efficient tandem mooring operations. 

 

Unsuitable storage conditions can lead to undetectable damage to hawsers, resulting in increasing oil spills, financial and shut-down risk due to hawsers parted unexpectedly disrupting offloading operations. Our tandem mooring hawser reels’ increase the longevity of the hawser lifespan, and reduce the personnel risk associated with manual handling.
