Holger Kelle, Director

Holger has over 18 years’ experience in the oil, gas and marine industry. He is chartered Naval Architect and Ocean Engineer, and a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Prior to founding INCITIAS, Holger was the VP Australia East for INTECSEA WorleyParsons Group. Holger was instrumental in the commercial and technical development of over 50% of the worlds floating regasification terminals, and has worked on various FPSO and floating LNG projects.
Holger is an innovator in the industry and has been instrumental in projects such as the first conversion of an oil tanker to the Australian Navy’s AOR HMAS Sirius, or as the Engineering Manager for the first FSRU in South East Asia. He has worked for companies such BHP Billiton, Woodside and Thyssen Krupp.

Bastiaan Scheepers, Director

Bastiaan holds a Masters Degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Masters in Business Administration. During his career, he has moved across technical, project management, commercial and general management roles for various OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturer) and global engineering and advisory groups in the oil & gas industry.
Recently Bastiaan spent two years in Nigeria, starting up an engineering consultancy business.
Bastiaan has more than 15 years’ experience in the design, manufacturing, commissioning and refurbishment of bespoke equipment for a wide range of industries, including consumer goods, marine, subsea and automotive to mention few.

Stuart Clark

BE (civil), BSc (Pure and Applied Mathematics), Principal Structural Engineer

Stuart Clark is a principal structural engineer with over 25 years of experience in steel, reinforced and post-tensioned concrete and timber design in the hydrocarbons/petrochemical, industrial, mining and commercial fields. He prefers technically challenging projects and enjoys finding ways to overcome rigid site constraints, such as those which occur in brownfield and offshore topside projects.

Chris Bonay

Principal Naval Architect

Chris has an honours degree in Naval Architecture and a Certificate in Marine Engineering (Watchkeepers, Part A and Part B). His areas of particular expertise include Hydrodynamic analysis of floating structures, using AQWA software packages, and also structural design (including FEA analysis) using ANSYS and/or SACS software packages.
Chris was the lead Naval architect for TOTAL EGINA and the Chevron ROSEBANK FPSO project, and has more than 20 years experience.

Paul Duncan

Senior Consultant

Paul has over 16 years’ experience in the Oil & Gas and Marine Industries. He has worked on more than 8 FSRU, FSU and FLNG Projects, most recently as the engineering manager for Bumi Armada’s Malta FSU Project and bid manager for more than 10 FSRU projects. He has hands-on LNGC conversion and shipyard contracting experience, and a deep understanding of the floating regasification industry. He has lived and worked throughout Asia in the last 10 years and has brownfield experience on an offshore life extension project for Oil Search Limited.
