This past week has been a big one for the INCITIAS team, as we participated in the Singapore International Energy Week (SIEW) 2024 and celebrated the successful launch of Singapore LNG Corporation’s (SLNG) second LNG terminal. A Milestone for SLNG: Launch of the Second LNG Terminal

INCITIAS proudly congratulates Singapore LNG Corporation (SLNG) on the successful launch of their second LNG terminal. This project represents a significant achievement in strengthening Singapore’s energy infrastructure and security.

INCITIAS’ Role in the S2T Terminal Project:

  • Technical Development: Since early 2023, INCITIAS has been a key technical partner, assisting in the development of project specifications and defining the Floating Storage and Regasification Unit (FSRU) for the terminal.
  • Project Specifications: We provided detailed specifications for the FSRU, ensuring the project’s technical standards meet Singapore’s energy needs.
  • Technical Negotiations: Our team led critical technical negotiations with FSRU lease operators, contributing to the successful delivery of this milestone project.
  • Inauguration Event: The official inauguration, attended by notable figures including Dr. Tan See Leng, Minister for Manpower and Second Minister for Trade & Industry, Singapore, was a testament to the project’s importance.
