Reflecting on INCITIAS’ Singapore offices Achievements

Incitias-

Reflecting on the successful year of milestones and accomplishments for our Singapore office. From pivotal project developments to strategic partnerships, it has been a year of significant growth and expansion for us at INCITIAS Singapore.

LNG Project

One of the standout achievements of the last year was our involvement in a substantial LNG development encompassing both the onshore and offshore work scopes. We provided technical support for the development of Tender Specifications and supported preparation of the RFT Package for the offshore scope. Our work is still ongoing this year for the Tender Evaluations for both the onshore and offshore Tender Clarifications and Evaluations.

FPSO Project

During 2023, INCITIAS has supported a regional FPSO Provider by providing technical review of Subsea hardware components for a re-purposed floating Asset.

Strategic Course Offerings

Building upon the foundation laid in 2023, we have expanded our provision of Training Programs in partnership with a training provider, who is a member of the Energy Institute. In 2023, we conducted two training sessions with a focus on decommissioning of fixed and floating production assets.

This year, in response to evolving industry needs, we have curated a series of specialised courses catering to emerging trends and technologies. In conjunction with the training provider and other industry professionals we plan to provide training on:

  • CO2 transportation and storage (2 day course)
  • H2 generation and distribution (2 day course)
  • Subsea pipeline EPC (5 day course)
  • LNG jetty operations and optimisation
  • Energy Transition Opportunities and risk analysis

These training programs are aimed at fostering knowledge exchange and equipping professionals with the expertise needed to navigate complex industry challenges, including the Energy Transition.

INCITIAS Singapore Support for our Australian Office

INCITIAS Singapore has supported the Melbourne office on a number of projects including:

  • Brownfield improvement project for an Australian Oil and Gas Terminal company
  • Hydrogen Pilot Plant Feasibility and FEED
  • Ammonia Distribution Studies

Exploring Future Opportunities, Collaborations and Suppliers across South East Asia

In our ongoing efforts to augment our project development initiatives, we continue to work closely with our clients in Singapore, Malaysia and other Asian countries, focusing on both current and long-term projects. This collaboration is part of our broader strategy to enhance operational efficiencies and innovate within our industry.

Further, we are actively engaging with our regional supply chain to secure hose reel and other OEM solutions for fixed and floating production assets. These efforts are pivotal in ensuring we remain at the forefront of the market, providing reliable and cutting-edge solutions to our clients.

Moreover, as part of our commitment to expanding our manufacturing capabilities in the region, we are currently investigating and evaluating potential fabrication partners in both Singapore and Batam. Our aim is to enhance our OEM project deliveries. This aligns with Singapore’s recent successes in reinforcing our position as a hub for innovation and engineering excellence, thereby supporting our strategic goals in the region.
